Monthly word from Uzzi

Case study: A 39 year old female with three children. After 10 days of Christmas vacation, she gained back the nine pounds she worked so hard to lose over the past nine months. Unfortunately, traditional holiday food that we love so much, causes us to over eat and becomes a health nightmare. Any ordinary day, jelly doughnuts and fried potato pancakes really make me gag, and gives me indigestion. However, during the Jewish Chanukah celebration I can tolerate many with no ill effect.

The problem exists, that the no short term ill effect will still always mean nutritional horror to my body. This is what I personally do:

A.    I don’t panic.  If you follow the diet that is given in my book The Natural Superwoman and are consistent with it, you will loose this extra 10 pound gain in four to six weeks and you will not have to wait another year to loose it. 

B.     It wouldn’t be a mistake to detox the body for a few days.  That means:

1.      A lot of liquid mainly water with lemon and a touch of vinegar.  In addition, use a sauna or steam if available.

2.      Controlled fasting for a few days.  If tolerable, it would beneficial. 

3.      I personally would not be able to work on a complete water fast. In addition to the liquid, I use 2-3 times a day a protein detox formula that I mix with a little bit of fresh berries.  Use the Balanced Cleansing Meal: 2 scoops, and blend with berries and water 2-3 times per day. 

C.     I would use nutritional health supplements to help me achieve my goal faster. 

1.      I would use Appetite Supress formula that aims to decrease my cravings.  Sometimes even a few days of going off a rigid healthy nutritional diet totally changes your body’s ability to control your eating quantities, and you immediately start to crave food that you haven’t craved for a long time.  Appetite Supress is an amino acid combination that helps me and others that I have tried it on suppress their cravings.  You can use up to 2 capsules with each meal. 

2.      I would use MetaboFix, which is a nutritional supplement that improves the metabolism without any agitation.  I would use about 2 capsules twice a day. 

3.      The most common deviation from the healthy diet is the consumption of more ‘carbs’ during the holiday.  By adding Insulin Balance, which is the kinase modulator, we help the body restore its deviated sugar metabolism. 

D.    Take the stress-less vacation atmosphere and carry it back to your daily life.  When you are not stressed, your body doesn’t need to store and you can faster lose what you have gained. 

E.     Immediately restore your routine exercise activity.  Many times it takes a few days to do it and any delay makes it more difficult to obtain that healthy routine. 

F.      If you had not had a healthy lifestyle up to now, and you end up making a New Years Resolution that you want to work, you should follow the four pillars that are proposed in The Natural Superwoman.  They all need to be present and they all work synergistically with each other.
