Women's Longevity Formula (Reproductive Years)

This is for woman under 45. This is a vitamin, mineral and herbal blend I have been using for 25 years that I constantly update and change. Clinically, I find this product has great success. This is a basic multi-vitamin.

Balanced Electrolyte

When you exercise you lose a lot of minerals. Most of the ‘regular' bottled or tap water that you drink does not have any minerals. The net effect of exercise is significant mineral loss that needs to be replaced. This product is used for mineral balancing and optimizing your electrolyte replacement.

I recommend you add 1 teaspoon to each glass of water. You know you've added too much if it is too salty to drink.*

L-Carnitine Tablet 500mg

This is an amino acid that is crucial for the oxidation of fats to generate energy. L-Carnitine functions as a carrier for the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria, the ‘energy furnaces' of the cell. Carnitine is a ‘semi-essential' nutrient. Its synthesis in the body is complex and may be hindered in individuals who are nutritionally compromised.

I recommend 1-4 tablets twice a day before and after exercise.

Each 1/4 teaspoon = 700mg of L-Carnitine.
